Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping on Parcel orders over $75.00. Large or Bulky items may incur additional freight charges. Large/bulky items include but are not limited to: Toilets, Tub and Shower Wall Kits, Shower Bases, Tub and Shower wall panels, Bathtubs, and Sinks

Expedited shipping is available but may incur additional charges. Please contact us VIA E-mail: info@bgbath.com for assistance with expedited shipping. Please remember that Expedited shipping is just for handling time by the carrier and is measured in terms of business days. It does not include handling time at the individual warehouses which is typically 1-3 business days. 

We only ship to the lower 48 states and Canada and we use an array of shipping companies such as but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • UPS Freight
  • AIT
  • Federal Express

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada Customers please send inquiries about shipping to info@bgbath.com. Please include your address, email, and item(s) you wish to purchase. All products to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur shipping fees and are based on the item weight and carrier. Extended shipping times may apply.

Physical Addresses are a must. We will not ship to PO Boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. Freight Shipping can take up to 5 days for the carrier to pick it up from our warehouse. Standard Shipped items (Less than 51lbs) will ship in 2-3 business days unless the item is pre-ordered. Pre-ordered items will ship within 48 hours of their estimated fulfillment date.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@bgbath.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@bgbath.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. If damaged in transit, please report within 5 business days. We only have 5 business days after it is delivered to file a damage claim with the carrier. After 5 business days we cannot guarantee a replacement can be made but will make every effort to.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
